Catechist (Teacher) Training:

Our goal, is to have all of our catechists nurturing their own appreciation of the Catholic Faith, learning techniques on how to pass the Catholic Faith on to our young people and appreciating the important role they play in the future of the Catholic Church.

During the First Year of Catechesis:

Our catechists are required to attend a "Virtus: Protecting God's Children" Training session and and "Echoes" parish based training program for handing on the faith.

Second Year and on of Catechesis:

Once catechist's have completed the first year of catechesis they are required to either be in an active Catholic study group or attend at least 4 hours of training directly related to catechesis.
